		<description>That&#039;s some serious mileage you&#039;ve logged, Ismael! I&#039;m glad to see you&#039;ve managed to stay healthy through all of it.

I generally try to run outside wherever I go (assuming it&#039;s above 40 degrees F and thus doesn&#039;t require a LOT of clothing) as it&#039;s both refreshing and a way to take in a different surrounding.

If I do more back and forth international travel, I&#039;ll have to try out your dietary suggestions--thanks!</description>
