The Global Services program from United Airlines rocks!

How so?

You call a number for customer service, and they pick up the phone right away. No computer asking you for a customer reference number or some stupid options, no waiting, just a very efficient customer service representative on the line, dealing with your request on the spot.

My experiences with United haven’t been stellar, but I’ll have to look into this.
