One Month
I started my new daily workout program one month ago, and I am still on it today. This morning, May and I went to our fourth yoga class. It was with a replacement teacher, and a lot less intense than usual, almost boring really. Tomorrow, I’ll be back a the gym at 6:00 AM, increase the amount of weight lifted by another 10%, and try to increase my distance on the cardio machine while keeping the same level setting. My goal for this quarter is to be able to maintain a speed of 25 mph for 30 minutes. I am just under 20 mph right now, so I’ve got quite a bit of room to grow. Let’s see where this takes us…
