Had dinner at Tamarine in Palo Alto, CA yesterday night. Most likely the best Vietnamese fusion food in the Bay Area. The tuna tartar is exquisite. Friendly staff and intimate atmosphere. The place is quite popular, so make sure you have a reservation, even during the week.
